Our office will be opening soon and is located in the Greensboro, NC 27407 area. This position is PRN (As Needed) or per diem, meaning no full-time hours or part time house hours at this time. You will be paid per task assigned (assessments/reassessments, care plans, supervisory visit, new hire orientation, employee training and skills check off, etc.) As business picks up there will be a part/full- time offer. All tasks assigned include mileage reimbursement depending on the location. All in office tasks will be paid at your base hourly rate. Paid Tasks include:

Client Initial Assessments

+ Care Plan Client Reassessments (Condition Change)

+ Care Plan Update Supervisory Visits for Client/ Caregivers New Hire Orientation

+ Training and Skills Check off Clerical/ Administrative Tasks and more include: Coordinating care modifications as needed with physicians, families, and other providers. Educate families/clients about care plans, meds, and safety protocols. Participate in internal audits & readiness for DHSR inspection Maintain & document accurate and complete and complete client records Manage discharge planning, case management, and ensure proper documentation for billing.
