Summary Support the success of our breeder operations by providing organized, reliable administrative support that helps keep daily activities running smoothly. As a Breeder Administrative Coordinator, you will assist the Breeder Manager and Flock Advisors with essential clerical tasks, recordkeeping, and coordination that supports flock management and operational reporting. Your attention to detail and ability to manage information efficiently will help ensure teams have the information and resources they need to perform at their best. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting field teams, and contributing to the efficiency of a fast-paced agricultural operation. Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities Enter flock data and generate reports in Mtech Inventory System. Inventory Management/Order Office & Poultry Supplies including medications/vaccines. Create Requisitions/Po's in Maximo and enter receipts. Process Accounts Payable invoices. Generate Producer Contracts/egg label/barcodes. Enter in feed tickets in Excel spreadsheet. Assist Breeder Manager and flock advisors with all reports and files as requested. Answer phones and communicate messages to appropriate personnel. Greet and manage visitors. Operate/maintain office machines. Maintains company files. Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail. Minimum Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education and Experience 2-4 years related experience. Knowledge of standard software applications, such as Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in accounting/accounts payable Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
When in a plant environment:
Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle products from 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db. May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, and processing facility.
