Job Description

Administrative Assistant / Operations Coordinator Muscle Concrete is looking for an organized, dependable Administrative Assistant / Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day logistics of our concrete operations. This is an in-office position that will work closely with our management team, concrete crews, suppliers, and customers to make sure jobs stay organized and crews have what they need. A major part of this position is communicating with our field crews, so bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Responsibilities Order concrete from ready-mix plants for scheduled jobs Communicate daily with concrete crews regarding job details, schedules, addresses, pour times, and changes Coordinate with concrete plants and other material suppliers Book and manage hotel accommodations for traveling crews Help organize crew travel and job logistics Confirm upcoming jobs and make sure required information is available before crews are dispatched Communicate schedule changes, delays, and other job updates between the office and field crews Keep job information, notes, receipts, confirmations, and other records organized Assist with basic phone calls, emails, data entry, and administrative tasks Help resolve day-to-day scheduling or logistical issues as they come up Work with the operations team to keep multiple jobs and crews organized across different states What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable handling multiple tasks at the same time Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable speaking with vendors, employees, and customers over the phone Basic computer skills and ability to learn our internal systems Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with scheduling, dispatching, construction, logistics, or office administration is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred Construction experience is helpful but not required This is a good position for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, communicating with different people throughout the day, and helping an operation run smoothly.
