Our mission is to provide personalized, innovative, and compassionate healthcare, enhancing our patients' quality of life. We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Care Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional service to our patients. As a key player in our practice, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare. Responsibilities Manage the Administrative (Front Desk) team, including reviewing and approving PTO requests. Manage practice operations, scheduling, registration, insurance, referrals, verification, medical records, and patient access workflows. Oversee all administrative operations to ensure efficient front desk workflows. Train and onboard new hires for the front desk team Analyze practice performance by running monthly practice numbers, cancellation reports, , including patient portal and improvement activity. Monitor provider schedules daily to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Track no-shows, and short-notice cancellations to ensure appropriate patient follow-up. Resolve conflicts between patients and staff professionally and effectively. Update and maintain all administrative forms, manuals, and staff resources. Maintain accurate patient and provider information in the EMR system. Create, update, and manage document types and categories in the EMR systemEducation & Experience Proven experience in a similar healthcare administrative leadership role required.
Management experience:
1 year required.
Medical office experience:
3 years required. Proficiency with EMR systems and related healthcare technology platforms. Solid computer competencies for daily operations.
