Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Graham, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing appraisal activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and team members. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage incoming appraisal bid requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collect property and client information to create precise appraisal bids.
  • Process and quote appraisal orders while ensuring timely handling.
  • Schedule multiple daily appraisals using mapping and routing tools.
  • Coordinate daily itineraries for a team of appraisers to optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed files, including tax cards and supporting documents.
  • Organize and manage digital folders for each appraiser to ensure accessibility.
  • Collaborate closely with team members while providing individualized support to appraisers.
