Operating as both a private label manufacturer and direct-to-consumer snack brand innovator, we're rapidly expanding and looking for driven, entrepreneurial people to grow with us. Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Product Development Administrative Coordinator to support our Product Development team and help us create the best snacks on earth. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Product Development department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Core Responsibilities Provide administrative support for daily Product Development operations Process and coordinate customer and sales sample requests Schedule production trials and product development activities Maintain ingredient libraries, product databases, and vendor records Manage third-party certification administration and supplier approval documentation Coordinate product and material sample requests and shipments Generate reports, spreadsheets, forms, labels, and correspondence Organize meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and trade show activities Communicate effectively with sales, logistics, and production teams Ensure documentation and processes comply with FDA, OSHA, GFSI, HACCP, and food safety standards Support recordkeeping and documentation management across departments Qualifications 3+ years of office administration, office assistant, or related experience required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management/ERP software Experience in food manufacturing or regulated industries is a plus Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Piscataway, NJ required
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
