The Administrative Supervisor shares in coordination, responsibility and accountability of all Hospital/Departmental operations providing administrative oversight in the absence of Administration and Department leaders.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Associate's Degree in Applied Science (AAS). A minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience. Demonstrates leadership, motivational skills, emotional maturity and the ability to function effectively when under stress. Demonstrates critical thinking, program development and project management skills. Possesses skills in group facilitation and/or team building. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). A minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience in critical care or an emergency department setting. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.

Licenses and Certifications Preferred:

Telemetry Certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification. IV Certification.
