part-time Our client, an internationally focused nonprofit organization, is seeking an organized, personable, and tech-savvy Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people from diverse international backgrounds, is comfortable with technology and office systems, and can create a warm, polished, and professional front-of-house experience. Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location:
New York, NY Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 25 hours/week (flexible scheduling)

Compensation:

$28-30/hour, based on experience and skills Key Responsibilities Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for members, delegates, guests, and partners Manage incoming emails, phone calls, scheduling, and daily correspondence Coordinate calendars, meetings, registrations, and event logistics Maintain accurate digital records, databases, and spreadsheets Assist with newsletters, member communications, and website updates Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks Liaise professionally with external partners, volunteers, vendors, and members Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office and reception environment Ideal Background Previous experience in administration, reception, hospitality, nonprofit, or event coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly computer literate and comfortable learning new systems quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, website updates, and email platforms Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Friendly, polished, and confident interacting with people in person and over the phone Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Reliable, discreet, and professional in both presentation and communication Preferred Experience Experience within an international, diplomatic, cultural, or member-based organization Familiarity with social media, Canva, or basic communications What We Offer Meaningful work within a respected international nonprofit organization Collaborative and welcoming work environment Consistent daytime, part-time schedule Opportunity to engage with a diverse global community
