Position Summary The Legal Administrative & Corporate Services Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and client support to attorneys and the firm's clients. This position is responsible for calendaring deadlines, maintaining attorney calendars, assisting with corporate entity filings and related matters with the Nevada Secretary of State, coordinating client communications, and ensuring that administrative and corporate service requests are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain court deadlines, attorney calendars, appointments, meetings, and follow-up items. Assist with the preparation and submission of corporate filings with the Nevada Secretary of State, including entity formations, amendments, annual lists, business licenses, and related filings. Monitor corporate filing deadlines and maintain accurate records of entities, filings, and supporting documentation. Communicate directly with clients regarding administrative matters, document requests, and status updates. Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for clients and assist in addressing routine questions and requests. Track outstanding items and follow up with clients, attorneys, and third parties to ensure timely completion. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive client and firm information. Perform other administrative and legal-support duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience in a law firm, corporate services environment, legal department, or professional-services setting preferred. Strong organizational and calendaring skills with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with Nevada business entity filings and the Nevada Secretary of State's online filing system preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional, courteous, and confident client-service skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and document-management systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience with legal practice-management or calendaring software is a plus.
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per month
