Job Description

Sampson Morris Group - SMG-RIMCO is looking for an Administrative and Leasing Coordinator to join our Monroeville team! This position provides administrative and leasing support while delivering friendly, professional service to current and prospective residents. The role will also serve as a floating resource, providing occasional coverage and support at several of our other local communities.

Administrative and Leasing Coordinator Primary Schedule:
Full-Time Hourly, Tuesday through
Saturday Position Requirements:
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and internal applications. Knowledge of real estate software a plus; Yardi experience is preferred Prior property management and/or leasing experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Current real estate license or the ability to obtain one; training provided Professional appearance and attire Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation required
Job Dimensions:
Serve as the first point of contact for current, past, and future residents Communicate daily maintenance needs to the maintenance staff and communicate requests or issues to the Property Manager Prepare and distribute notices to residents and staff in a timely manner Assist and support the Leasing Consultants with appointment scheduling and document preparation Conduct apartment and property tours in the absence of the Leasing Consultant or Assistant Property Manager Assist prospective residents with completing applications, verifying information for accuracy, and ensuring that the required payments are collected correctly Participate in recorded leasing calls, training, and progressive performance improvements Prepare weekly leasing and occupancy reports, assist with additional reports, and gather information as requested by the Property Manager Identify property deficiencies and observe lease violations, bringing them to the attention of the Property Manager Perform a variety of administrative functions, including initial rent collection, invoice pre-processing, filing, and other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time. Frequently required to stand, bend, reach overhead and occasionally lift office products and other items up to 25 lbs. Frequently required to walk long distances within the work site and climb stairs to walk properties/communities. Regularly required to talk and hear to communicate and exchange information via phone, computer, or other electronic devices, and have the ability to see both near and far with or without accommodation.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
