This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and resourceful professional who can anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure smooth operations As a trusted administrative partner, you will coordinate workflows across departments, support strategic initiatives, and keep leadership focused on business growth. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and central to the firm's day-to-day operations. What You'll Do Executive Support Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and professional correspondence Draft, proof, and edit reports, presentations, and communications Meeting & Event Management Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for internal meetings Take ownership of agendas, logistics, and follow-up action items Coordinate internal events and special initiatives Strategic & Operational Support Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues Support business development efforts, including maintaining the business development database and assisting with project setup Conduct research and prepare executive briefings to support decision-making Liaison & Relationship Management Build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Office & Team Support Collaborate with staff to enhance efficiency and operational workflows Support special projects, presentations, and organizational initiatives Qualifications 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional business writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Google Workspace Experienced with Zoom and Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and resourcefulness Polished interpersonal skills and executive presence
