About Us Hollywood Classic Cars maintains a privately owned fleet of 50+ luxury, vintage automobiles in our multi-purpose warehouse facility. We provide vehicles for film and television, photoshoots, weddings, events, and high-profile clientele in the greater Los Angeles area. We offer classic car services including restoration, rental management, storage and consulting. We are a fast-growing group of passionate car enthusiasts and have a reputation for reliability and top-notch customer service. Job Description The Administrative Coordinator position is a mostly remote position that is great for someone very well organized with excellent communication and customer service skills. Our culture is fast paced and fun, but also professional and inclusive. We support each other with training and reward ambition and demonstrated skill. We are looking for dedicated individuals who pride themselves on accountability and teamwork. We look forward to hearing from you! Qualifications
- Must have high-school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work
- Previous experience in administrative, logistics, planning or other office experience required
- General classic car knowledge and/or experience with picture cars, transportation, background props, or other automotive and production fields preferred but not required
- a willingness to learn is a must
- Ability to learn and use various software tools, applications and platforms
- Highly detail oriented for customer data entry and scheduling
- Willingness to perform a wide range of allocated tasks in an organized manner
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude! Responsibilities
- Respond to customer booking requests and inquiries via phone and email
- Manage booking and scheduling process from start to finish
- Coordinate with operations team using proactive communication
- Maintain and develop customer relationships with commercial accounts
- Assist with insurance claims processing and appointment scheduling
- Assist with billing and accounts receivables
- Develop marketing materials and agendas for special events
