Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Administrative Services Director to oversee the administrative functions of our agency. The successful candidate will lead efforts in financial management, compliance, risk analysis, and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive experience in financial and administrative management within healthcare or nonprofit settings, utilizing advanced accounting systems and data analytics tools to support organizational growth and sustainability. Job Duties Provide administrative leadership and operational support to the Kershaw, Chesterfield, and Lee County offices to maintain consistent procedures, workflows and standards across all locations. Act as a liaison between the administrative staff and clinical, billing, MAT, and Human Resources Directors to ensure that all systems are in place and being conducted correctly in order to maintain efficiency of agency operations. Collaborate with the Finance Director/Billing Coordinator to ensure that fiscal procedure fidelity is in compliance. Assist the Executive Director with special projects, operational initiatives, reports, and agency-wide assignments. Coordinate coverage for administrative staff across the three agency locations to ensure continuity of essential administrative functions for vacations, sick leave, meetings, training, and other staff absences. Assist with appointment-related administrative duties, client check-in/check-out, correspondence, and other front desk responsibilities when needed. Travel to the Chesterfield County and Lee County offices to provide administrative oversight, support staff, assess operational needs, and ensure consistency in administrative procedures. Maintain effective communication with staff at all three locations between scheduled site visits. Assist with reports, documentation, and materials required for agency operations, grants, contracts, accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance. Assist the agency in maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Conduct EAP outreach and appreciation Identify facility or office-related concerns and communicate them to the appropriate department or supervisor. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
