The Part-time Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the SC EPSCoR Director and team. This role is critical to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Essential Functions Coordinate and manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document management. Provide direct support to the SC EPSCoR Director by maintaining calendars, organizing meetings, and preparing agendas, materials and meeting minutes. Coordinate meetings for State and Executive Committees, external advisory boards, and leadership teams. Plan and execute the annual SC EPSCoR state conference, including scheduling, vendor coordination, materials preparation, and hotel/travel arrangements. Assist with the preparation of reports, including annual reports to NSF. Plan and coordinate events, travel arrangements, and logistics. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders. Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of administrative support experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting business and/or technical reports. Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Experience in preparing presentation materials. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
