Job Description

Administrative Coordinator NAI Earle Furman, a leading commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, has an opportunity for a difference-maker to assist the brokerage team in successfully facilitating transactions from listing to close. For the candidate who is developing the skills required of this position, this is a chance to gain experience and expertise with exposure to broad responsibilities. For the candidate who has mastered the skills required of this position, there is opportunity to demonstrate those skills and rapidly earn additional responsibilities. Regardless of experience, the person who will be successful in this role will relish challenging assignments that require both diligence and creativity. Serve as the primary coordinator for a team of commercial real estate brokers and consultants Conduct detailed industry research and data analysis for various projects Perform general administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, filing and communications management. Prepare and manage listing proposals, agreements, and other transaction-related documents. Create presentations, proposals, and other materials for marketing and sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Team Coordination :

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven experience in coordinating and managing team activities.

Research and Data Analysis :

Proficiency in conducting industry research and data analysis. Ability to synthesize complex information and present findings clearly. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.

Administrative Duties :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Document Preparation and Management :

Experience in preparing and managing listing proposals, agreements, and transaction-related documents. Strong writing and editing skills. Ability to manage multiple documents and ensure compliance with company standards.

Marketing Presentations and Proposals :

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Creative thinking and design skills. Ability to create visually appealing and persuasive marketing materials.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or similar preferred but not required. 2. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of previous administrative support experience in a professional services environment. 3. Experience in economic development or commercial real estate industry highly recommended.
