Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support customer service and administrative operations in a professional office environment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff while providing administrative support and assisting with payment processing, scheduling, reporting, and office coordination. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional bilingual customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Greet and assist visitors while serving as the front desk point of contact. Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, rates, fees, and account information. Support administrative functions including scheduling, reporting, purchasing, and calendar management. Maintain accurate records through data entry and document management. Research and provide customer information using internal databases and computer systems. Process payments, issue receipts, assist with invoicing, and maintain financial records. Coordinate office supplies, incoming/outgoing mail, security access, and equipment maintenance. Assist with special projects, reporting, and departmental initiatives. Perform additional administrative duties as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of customer service, administrative support, or related experience. Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred Skills Strong communication and customer service abilities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with databases or customer information systems. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
