full-time Christopher's Fine Jewelry, a trusted independent jeweler in Pawleys Island, is hiring an Administrative Support Coordinator

  • the central point of coordination that keeps our business running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order: the person who notices the details, follows through without reminders, anticipates what's needed before being asked, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks. What you'll do Provide day-to-day administrative support to ownership and the team Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling, and meeting coordination Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally Serve as a liaison between the team, vendors, and clients Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Monitor deadlines, outstanding tasks, and priorities

  • and keep them moving Assist ownership with special projects as needed What we're looking for Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Proactive and resourceful
  • you see what needs to happen and handle it before it becomes a problem Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Discreet and professional
  • you can be trusted with sensitive business information Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace) Clear written and verbal communication Prior administrative, office coordination, or operations experience preferred Retail, luxury, or client-service experience is a plus What success looks like You'll know you're succeeding when the business runs more smoothly because you're in it: communication flows, details don't get missed, bottlenecks disappear, and the team can count on you for calm, structure, and ownership every day.
