At Call to Freedom , we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Finance & Operations Administrative Coordinator who enjoys variety, thrives on solving problems, and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly. Every invoice processed, grant coordinated, technology issue resolved, and operational detail managed helps our team continue serving individuals impacted by human trafficking and exploitation. What You'll Do No two days are exactly the same! You'll work alongside our Director of Finance & Operations and support a variety of organizational functions, including: Supporting accounting and financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, deposits, expense reports, reconciliations, and journal entries Coordinating monthly grant reimbursement (drawdown) documentation and submissions Assisting with audit preparation and financial reporting Coordinating company vehicle maintenance and building needs Serving as the primary liaison with IT and telecommunications vendors Helping organize and maintain operational systems and shared files Assisting with special projects that improve organizational effectiveness Providing occasional backup support at the front desk and assisting with community events What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented Enjoys problem-solving and improving processes Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team Communicates effectively and provides exceptional customer service Qualifications Associate degree required (Bachelor's preferred) in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience Accounting experience or strong financial aptitude Nonprofit experience is preferred Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and automobile insurance Why Join Call to Freedom?
