Job Description The Administrative Coordinator, DCOM will coordinate activities and operational functions for administrative leadership at the Orange Park location. This position will oversee daily office operations, schedule and coordinate meetings, arrange travel plans and assist with financial operations for the location as part of the Clinical Medicine and GME department.
Required Qualifications Three (3) or more years of experience in an executive administrative level;
Preferred Qualifications Some college in related field of study

Job Duty
Job Duty promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large
Job Duty promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students
Job Duty participate on DCOM committees
Job Duty maintain strict confidentiality on processing documents and other University matters
Job Duty communicate and suppport administrative assistants at the Orange Park location in operational procedures
Job Duty assist administrative support in financial processing of financial documents
Job Duty manage and reconcile the procurement account for the location Campus Dean
Job Duty coordinate activities related to guests and visitors of the Dean s office
Job Duty supervise and assign support staff to accommodate hospitality needs and dignitary accommodations during accreditation visits, graduation, white coat ceremonies, and other programs
Job Duty coordinate, organize and manage special events, dignitary engagements, including stakeholder meetings, annual faculty retreat, and other events sponsored by the office of the Campus Dean or Operations
Job Duty support administrataive leadership in preparing and analyzing information relative to departmental functions and effectiveness
Job Duty assist in the oversight of the budget expenses and reconciliation
Job Duty create and manage meetings for and update the calendar of the Campus Dean
Job Duty take minutes and organize meeting agenda/materials
Job Duty coordinate travel arrangements as needed including flights, hotels, rental cars, and mileage expenses while adhereing to University policies
Job Duty collaborate with the DCOM Executive Assistant to develop and maintain support for the University
Job Duty complete required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University
Job Duty other duties as assigned
