Full-Time or Part-Time About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, personable, and proactive Guest Relations & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This unique hybrid role blends exceptional hospitality with strong administrative support, ensuring both our guests and internal operations run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, professional, and personalized experience Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations Provide tailored recommendations and promote amenities, services, and offerings Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Administrative Support Manage daily office operations, including organizing files and maintaining supplies Answer phones, respond to emails, and act as a communication hub for staff, guests, and vendors Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and internal documents Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or administrative support (hybrid experience preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure Professional, polished demeanor with strong problem-solving skills What We're Looking For A natural host who enjoys creating memorable experiences A detail-oriented organizer who keeps everything running smoothly A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Someone who takes initiative and brings positive energy to the workplace Why Join Us?
