This position is the operational backbone of our daily workflowhandling critical paperwork, managing strict deadlines, and keeping our service records accurate. Documentation & Processing:

Accurately complete, verify, and process various field forms, tickets, and job records.

Records Management:

Maintain precise physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all records are up to date and easy to retrieve.

Data Entry & Computer Work:

Input daily field data, job costs, and vendor or client information into company systems.

Deadlines & Organization:

Track time-sensitive tasks to ensure paperwork is completed on schedule for billing, payroll, and operations.

Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with office staff, field supervisors, and management to maintain clear communication.

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive employee, financial, and client data with complete discretion and professional integrity.

Requirements & Qualifications

Detail-Oriented:

Exceptional accuracy when working with numbers, multi-page forms, and data entry.

Work Ethic:

Strong sense of personal ownership and pride in the quality of your output.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with computers, office software (MS Office/Excel, QuickBooks),and digital filing systems.
