Nurse Supervisor Med Surg 3 rd Floor South- Nurse Supervisor- Full Time/ Night Shift Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location:
Texas Health Alliance:
10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, TX 76244 Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Night Shift; Two 12-hour shifts charging on the unit, and 12 hours of admin time each week (to be done on night shift as well). The 12 hours of admin time can be broken into two 6-hour shifts or/ and 8-hour shift and a 4-hour shift.
