Job Description

$21.39 Per Hour Part Time (15-20 Hours Per Week ) On Site Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a Non-Profit in the Grapevine area.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Computer skills required:
Microsoft Office Suite and Data Management software 3+ years of administrative, executive support, or program coordination Knowledge of office management systems, equipment and procedures Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct administrative support to the Operations Support Manager Document Preparation, scheduling, and meeting coordination Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, maintenance logs, invoices, and other operational documents Assist in tracking and follow up on work orders Monitor inventory and supplies Maintain archived files accurately and according to retention requirements. Review program data reports in data management system monthly for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with program staff to correct errors. Participate in regular staff meetings, staff training programs, and accept responsibility for contributing to the development of positive team relationships. Adhere to agency policy, procedures, confidentiality, and the professional code of ethics. Heavy data entry Other duties as assigned. #IND1
