This role is part of the founding local team and will play a key part in building day-to-day operations from the ground up while serving as a primary link between the U.S. site and headquarters in Korea. Key Responsibilities (1) Administrative and Management Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the local management team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and preparing agendas and minutes Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and internal documents in both Korean and English Track and process invoices, purchase requests, and expense reports in coordination with finance or accounting Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, records, and contact lists Support new hire onboarding logistics such as workstation setup, supplies, and orientation scheduling (2) Business Travel Coordination Arrange end-to-end business travel for employees visiting from Korea, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation Assist with travel documentation such as ESTA or visa support letters and invitation letters, in coordination with HR or legal as needed Coordinate short and long-term housing for visiting or relocating staff Process travel-related expense reports and reconcile receipt (3) Coordination with the HQ in Korea Schedule and coordinate cross-time-zone meetings, manage attendee lists, and prepare agendas and meeting materials Coordinate document approvals, signatures, and information requests between headquarters and local departments (4) Perform other administrative duties as assigned Required Qualifications A Bachelor's degree Full fluency in English and professional business-level Korean. 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, executive assistant, or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent attention to detail and discretion with confidential information Team player with strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in the semiconductor industry Experience working for a Korean company or a U.S. subsidiary of a Korean company Familiarity with Korean business culture and corporate communication norms
Pay:
From $55,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
