Clinical quality comes first, and every placement is a lasting partnership. The Role We're hiring an Office and Administrative Coordinator to manage provider schedules across our organization keeping every shift covered and every provider informed. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and distribute schedules for physicians, PAs, NPs and others staff. Track availability and time-off requests; fill open shifts before they become gaps. Handle last-minute call-offs by quickly locating and confirming replacement coverage. Communicate schedule changes and confirmations. Maintain scheduling software and master calendars. Coordinate provider travel/lodging for out-of-area assignments as needed. Prepare staffing and fill-rate reports for leadership.
Provide general office support:
phones, correspondence, filing, and coordinate with HR for new-hire onboarding logistics. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred. 2+ years scheduling or staffing coordination experience, healthcare setting preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple sites at once. Strong communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to work independently and problem-solve under time pressure.
