Seadrift, TX (Onsite)Pay:
$20.00/hour W2Schedule:
Full-time | Onsite | 4-5 days/week (5x8, 4x10, or 9/80 schedule options) We're currently seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Coordinator to support a busy department in an office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who enjoys coordinating schedules, supporting teams, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. This position is 100% onsite in Seadrift, TX . Local candidates are strongly preferred. No relocation or per diem is available. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to department leaders and team members Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and schedule conference rooms Arrange domestic and international business travel, including flights, hotels, and rental cars Prepare and submit expense reports Assist with meeting preparation, take notes, and distribute meeting materials as needed Maintain documents and records using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Support visitor coordination and general office operations Coordinate with vendors and internal departments Track expenses and assist with administrative reporting Support Quality Specialists with administrative and coordination activities (no prior quality experience required) Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3-5 years of administrative, office support, or administrative coordinator experience Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision Why Apply?
