We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator to become the right hand of our Administrative Director — the dependable person who helps keep things organized and moving forward behind the scenes. What you'll do: Provide executive support to leadership — scheduling, correspondence, and keeping priorities on track Prepare and maintain people documentation (onboarding paperwork, personnel files, employment records) Coordinate employee safety and training programs Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our facilities and outside IT vendor Coordinate maintenance and correspondence for our managed properties Help maintain our administrative playbook, SOPs, and templates Who you are: We can teach the systems, so more than anything we're looking for the right person. You're organized and dependable, comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion, and thoughtful about when to take the lead and when to check in. You take initiative, stay steady when things get busy, and take pride in doing things well. If you've been the reliable right hand to someone before — in an office, a practice, a ministry, a small business, or your own — we'd love to hear from you.
