Administrative Coordinator The Shenandoah Valley Soil & Water Conservation District has an opening for a full-time Administrative Coordinator. The position is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties focused on providing operational and administrative support for the Districts activities, services and programs. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid drivers license. Requirements for the position include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace applications. Preference may be given to candidates with knowledge and experience with general accounting principles and/or proficiency with QuickBooks. Applicants must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Applicants must also have the ability to work independently and in a team environment, multitask in a busy environment, prioritize, and communicate effectively. The ideal applicant will have knowledge of soil and water conservation issues. Employment is conditional upon successful completion of background checks. The hiring range is $39,000-$59,000, commensurate with skills and experience. The benefits package includes health insurance, retirement, and paid leave.
