Postsecondary coursework in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Proficiency with basic business software, including Microsoft Office applications. Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, office administration, or a similar office support role preferred. Experience processing invoices, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), billing, and customer payments. Experience maintaining financial records and supporting payroll functions. Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications Payroll processing and timekeeping experience. Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial documentation. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment. Professional communication skills and strong customer service mindset. Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and office equipment. Ability to review financial records, reports, and spreadsheets with close attention to detail. Occasional lifting and carrying of office files, supplies, or materials. Job Duties Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping activities. Prepare invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding customer balances. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Organize and maintain financial records, receipts, and supporting documentation. Assist with payroll processing, employee timekeeping, and timesheet verification. Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service. Communicate with customers and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries. Create spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. Support scheduling, purchasing, filing, and general office administration functions.
