Job Description

The Kingdom East School District seeks a full-time Consulting Special Education Supervisor based at Lyndon Town School. This position provides leadership, consultation, and administrative oversight to strengthen inclusive practices and support students with disabilities across all school settings. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators, service providers, families, and administrators to ensure that students receive the support they need to access and succeed within the general education community. The pay range for this position is $60,000-$90,000.

A primary focus of this role is building staff capacity to effectively support students with social-emotional, behavioral, communication, and functional needs through strong Tier 1 classroom practices and multi-tiered systems of support. Responsibilities include a combination of administrative leadership, supervision of special education and support staff, consultation, case management, and direct student support when appropriate. The candidate will play a role in school-based leadership and student support teams, helping to strengthen collaboration between general education, special education, families, and community partners. The successful candidate will consistently role model strong personal social and emotional skills, problem solving and effective inclusive leadership practices.
