Position Overview:
Administrative Coordinator Reporting directly to the CEO, the Administrative Coordinator supports cross-departmental operations, ensuring seamless coordination between office and warehouse functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to assist in both administrative and hands-on tasks. Key Responsibilities Maintain records for safety, compliance, and operations Process financial documents including check deposits and withdrawals Support onboarding and new hire documentation Manage office supplies and coordinate with customers and vendors Assist with data entry, reporting, and internal communications Prepare reports, memos, and presentations Coordinate warehouse schedules and interdepartmental communication Ensure safety documentation and audit readiness Support daily workflow between office and warehouse Collaboration & Reporting Work with leadership and operations to align on goals Assist in multi-departmental reporting and data tracking Facilitate effective communication and documentation flow Qualifications Minimum 2 years in administrative, operations, or warehouse support Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Sage or QuickBooks preferred Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and communication skills Comfortable in both office and warehouse settings Team-oriented with a positive attitude Benefits Health coverage Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Product discounts Role in a growing, family-owned business Working Conditions Flexible hours during peak periods Hourly rate: $22-$26
