The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic, passionate about serving seniors, and thrives as a collaborative team player. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the community remains safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents, families, staff, and visitors. Essential Duties:

General maintenance and repairs Work orders kept up to date Keeping the grounds and building in working order Regulatory compliance Preparing apartments for move-in

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of building maintenance Operation of hand and power tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Highly motivated and enjoys meeting or exceeding measurable goals Able to perform physical requirements of the job Possess a clean, valid Washington State Drivers License Village Concepts, a three-generation, family-owned company, has been a leader in the senior housing industry for over 50 years.
