Onsite Administrative Coordinators Can you help the school run smoothly and stay organized? Description Onsite administrative coordinators help make the school run smoothly. Everything from answering the phone, email, scheduling, checking inventory and supplies to helping coordinate and setup equipment for rehearsals and recitals. Requirements We are looking for onsite admins that possess the following: Excellent in person, email and over the phone customer service skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a noisy, distracting environment with headphones if necessary. Basic computer skills with apple products and google apps. Reliable transportation and good communication skills Passion for the performing arts Excellent time management, motivation and ability to work independently Experience with the following is helpful but not necessary: Video editing Digital photography Social media Compensation Depends on Experience Paid Training Schedule We're have flexible full time and part-time positions available for the right candidates. Regular holiday breaks off - Christmas / New Years / Spring Break, Thanksgiving Some of our staff juggle a mix of teaching and administrative support. Lessons occur in the afternoons while administrative projects are completed in the mornings. Our school is growing, so there's definitely potential for additional days and other opportunities.
