Benefits:
 Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Responsibilities:
Provide admin/clerical support to Production Managers and staff. Review job files and enter material usage daily into data base. Review, audit and confirm material is entered correctly. Investigate missing materials and labor accordingly. Run and analyze material, labor, and job costing reports. Working with Finance to ensure billings are accurate. Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected. Other job duties may be assigned. Requirements Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and managers. Previous experience in a construction office environment is highly desired but not required. Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills. Knowledge on the usage of PC and other office equipment. Knowledge of a variety of software including MS Office applications and SAP. Regular attendance is required. Valid WA Driver's License. Effective Communication Pay:
