Job Description

Position Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator serves as the first impression of Andrew Law Offices, SC and plays a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly. This position is responsible for welcoming clients, representing the firm professionally, supporting daily office operations, and assisting with the preparation of records and documents. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, dependable, and interested in learning more about the legal field while working with a collaborative and supportive team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, both in person and by phone Serve as a representative of Andrew Law Offices, SC by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming office environment Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and follow up as needed Schedule client appointments and manage attorney calendar Prepare, organize, and assemble client records and legal documents Maintain office organization, manage office inventory, maintain conference room to ensure it is ready for meetings, and order and restock supplies as needed Support office staff with administrative tasks, mail handling, data entry, and special projects Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Professional demeanor and ability to provide outstanding customer service Microsoft Office and general office technology skills Interest in learning about law and legal processes preferred Previous office experience preferred Why You'll Love Working Here Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 10-20 hours per week) Supportive and collaborative team environment Hands-on exposure to legal work and office operations Opportunity to build valuable administrative and professional skills We're proud to offer a workplace where you can truly thrive.
