Job Description

We're looking for an energetic and organized Administrative Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our office! In this front-line role, you'll be responsible for checking in patients, verifying insurance, confirming appointments, scheduling, and handling incoming calls with professionalism and a smile. You'll play a key part in creating a smooth, friendly experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Success in this role means being proactive, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. A high school diploma and previous office experience are required, along with a passion for providing top-notch service.

This key role is responsible for welcoming patients, checking them in, verifying insurance, confirming and scheduling appointments, and managing incoming phone calls. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, previous office experience, and excellent communication skills.
