Job Description

Wage:
$19.00/hr. Provides administrative assistance and support for Easterseals Wyoming. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all services delivered in the
ESW/ESHS
programming. This position requires acute attention to detail, ability to accurately transcribe data, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels. Must be able to multitask and set priorities. Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and maintain flexibility is important. Participates in on-call on a scheduled rotation and serves in a DSP capacity, as needed.

None Requirements Excellent oral, written, organizational and record keeping skills required Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Possesses an ability to readily learn new software programs. Demonstrate motivation to grow and learn. Demonstrate flexibility depending on priorities for the day. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance. Proven organizational skills. Exceptional computer and other technology skills Physical Requirement Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community. Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job. Applicant must pass a background check, Office of Inspector General (OIG) Check Experience High School/Equivalent 0-2 years Experience in clerical field or management role preferred; formal training in secretarial/administrative assistant field may be substituted for experience. Track record of building positive staff relationships and teams Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities preferred.
