Job Description
Collections Account Representative On site position Do you want the ability to make MORE than just your hourly pay? Do you want the potential to "bonus" yourself with extra money every month? - Contact consumers to negotiate repayment plans and collect payments
- Use excellent communication, negotiation, and compliance driven practices
- Resolve consumer concerns promptly and professionally
- Evaluate consumer information to determine payment options
- Work constructively with consumers to build positive relationships while promoting timely payments
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly production goals What we're looking for
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Dependable and consistent attendance
- Age 18 or older
