ACH Services Specialist Americas First Federal Credit Union

- One to three years of similar or related experience. Must be familiar with credit union policies and procedures. Education

- Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Other Skills
- Capable of quick and accurate use of 10-key by touch. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to resolve errors and outages. Must be organized and have the ability to work with multiple priorities, coordinate team deadlines and exhibit good judgment.
