Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $18.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and collect outstanding payments. Process and post customer payments while maintaining accurate account records. Resolve billing questions, payment issues, and customer account concerns. Monitor aging accounts and follow collection procedures, including service disconnections when authorized. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely account resolution and excellent customer service. Collections Specialist (Bilingual)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of commercial collections experience preferred. Previous billing, collections, and/or customer service experience preferred. The ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and provide customer support in both languages (English and Spanish) is essential for success in this role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Flexible and willing to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as business needs require.
