Type:

Bachelor's Degree Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload Now that the Flexible Pricing Rate pilot is live and enrolling customers, there is a need to perform eligibility checks for potential customers, as well as monitor and compensate third parties for their performance in recruiting customers. This position will play a key role in managing customer enrollment and payment operations for the Flexible Pricing Rate Pilot, as well as conducting additional reporting. This position is responsible for receiving and validating enrollment forms from account managers, submitting eligible customers to a third party supplier for enrollment, and confirming enrollment status back to stakeholders. This position will also be a subject matter expert for the pilot's automated enrollment and billing platform and will be responsible for pulling data from the platform, ensuring its accuracy, and working with the third party platform provider to report bugs/errors, make enhancements, and maintain the system. The role also includes overseeing manual enrollment processes for Automation Service Providers, maintaining detailed metrics on enrollment activity (e.g., number of customers, MW enrolled, benefiters vs. non-benefiters), and tracking billing status. This role will also manage manual customer payments and facilitate payments to contractors and other third parties. Required Skills/Attributes
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Access or other similar tools for tracking and reporting
- Ability to understand and conduct payment processing and reconciliation
- Ability to follow and improve upon business processes
- Strong attention to detail to validate information on forms is correct
- Experience with manual data entry
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume tasks during ramp-up periods
Education Requirement:
BA/BS Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline
Minimum Years of Experience:
Four or more years of experience with business analysis Desired Skills/Attributes
- Experience with customer programs and billing in a utility or similarly regulated environment
- Familiarity with SAP billing and/or payment systems
- Experience using advanced analytical tools such SAS, Power BI or other similar tools.
- Experience working with budgets.
- Experience creating and using pivot tables, charts, and graphs and the ability to work with larger datasets (e.g., containing data for several hundred thousand accounts).
- Proficiency identifying trends in complex data and arriving at solutions rooted in information.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrates strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning
