Commercial Real Estate:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm on-site in West Hollywood + Prior experience managing billing and collections processes within commercial real estate, including the ability to review and interpret leases for tenant payment compliance. Capable of understanding complex monthly rent statements and miscellaneous charge billings. + Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential for interacting professionally with tenants via phone and email, addressing outstanding balances, and effectively updating senior management on the progress of collections and tenant account status. + Comfortable working with digital platforms and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and digital file organization, to streamline work and maintain efficiency. + Responsible for maintaining clear, comprehensive records of all collection actions, such as tenant conversations, call logs, and documented payment histories. + Highly detail-oriented and methodical; expected to keep tenant ledgers current and prepare precise account notes in arrears reports prior to weekly review meetings. + Proactive in identifying and investigating variances or inconsistencies in tenant billings, executing adjustments, and resolving account issues as required. + Collaborates frequently with Property Accountants and support staff to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data and tenant account records.
