Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls to customers Discussing outstanding balances professionally and confidently Negotiating payment arrangements Working toward daily and monthly performance goals Following up with customers and maintaining accurate account records Providing professional customer service while achieving collection goals Working as part of a motivated, results-oriented team Who We're Looking For We want people who are hungry to succeed and motivated by the opportunity to earn more.
