Energetic, fast growing, and close-knit company is looking to fill an open debt collection position. Chosen candidate must have a strong work ethic, strong communication skills with persuasive negotiation abilities. We are looking for the best, if you are a closer then we want you! The ideal candidate must possess and demonstrate the following: Punctuality A strong work ethic A pleasant, friendly attitude Skip tracing Exceed monthly goal expectations Have the organizational skills to handle a high call volume inbound and outbound calls Proficient in MS Office Have good problem solving skills Must be willing to learn Must be detail orientated To continually learn, grow, and enhance your skills Must have basic computer skills

Main Duties:

Make outbound calls and take inbound calls Research and skip trace customers Service and collect on retail loan accounts that are past due, delinquent, and charged off Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing Documenting all collection activities utilizing collection software

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
