About The Position The Senior Collections Specialist for the Exotic Auto & Powersports Loans plays a vital role in managing and servicing past-due consumer loan accounts originated by our strategic high-end auto and powersport dealership partners. This role requires a proactive, investigative mindset and a service-oriented approach while working closely with customers, dealerships, and internal departments to resolve loan issues and maintain strong partner relationships.

Essential Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic dealership delinquent accounts, executive escalations, and high-balance loan servicing. Research and resolve special loan statuses through direct collaboration with dealerships, customers, and internal teams. Utilize skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers, particularly in the powersports segment. Negotiate payment plans and assist borrowers in resolving delinquencies, while supporting strategies that allow customers to retain their vehicles. Ensure compliance with internal policies and federal/state regulations, including the FDCPA. Accurately document all account activity, interactions, and arrangements in a professional manner. Process payments, schedule due dates, and prepare correspondence related to deferments and account modifications. Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal departments, strategic dealers, and customers to ensure consistent service delivery. Provide clerical and administrative support as needed (e.g., scanning, mailing, faxing). Other duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

2+ years of experience in auto finance collections, exotic vehicle lending, or powersports loan servicing. Preferred experience handling high volume exotic auto loans, powersports vehicle loans. Strong leadership skills such as communication, critical thinking, problem solving, planning, organizing, decision making strong attention to detail. Previous experience with skip-tracing and recovery in the powersports finance industry strongly preferred. Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations. Ability to interact with customers and others in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Available to work a flexible work schedule and some Saturdays. High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.

Salary:
