What's a typical day as Collections Analyst? You'll be: Managing the collection of B2B customer invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding balances. Working closely with customers, order management, and sales teams to handle day-to-day collections activities. Participating in process improvements to help the accounts receivable team scale and operate more efficiently. Engaging in ad hoc projects, such as escheatment, account reconciliations, short-pay research, and audit work. Assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules, as well as defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining documentation as part of project support. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have at least 3 years of related work experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar field (must have). Possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with V-lookups and pivot tables (must have). Bring experience with SAP software (highly preferred, but not required). Are detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy and quality. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excel at time management and are able to meet deadlines consistently. Can prioritize and manage multiple key tasks simultaneously.
