Full Job Description Customer Service Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for seeking a resolution to customer concerns as well as upsell and ensure clients domains have proper coverage. Additional duties include but are not limited to :

• The ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Cross-selling products to increase value of the security system.
