Credit Specialist Greater Hartford Area Salary:

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts. Key Responsibilities Evaluate customer credit risk and establish appropriate credit terms Manage a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts Monitor and maintain aging reports using Excel Review and address orders on hold, credit limit exceptions, and over-limit accounts Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding account balances Handle a significant volume of email correspondence related to credit and collections activities Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer account issues Qualifications Strong experience in credit and collections, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Click here to apply online #
