Collections Analyst:
Reconciliations of payments Making business to business collections calls
•around 60 call per day Contact customers through both telephone and written communication to bring accounts to current status Work with client to develop ability to negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts When encountering discrepancies, investigate and develop ability to offer solutions to resolve delinquent accounts, such as terms change and/or late delivery of goods or services Qualifications of the
Collections Analyst:
Bachelor's or Associates degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred. 1-3+ years of accounting or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excel proficiency:
formulas, spread sheets, pivot tables are a plus. #
