This role manages account reconciliations, resolves billing discrepancies, assesses credit risks, and collaborates with sales and finance teams to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt.

Requirements Experience:
2-4 years of B2B accounts receivable or corporate collections experience.Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience preferredTechnical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).Core Competencies:
strong commercial negotiation skills, professional verbal/written communication, and detail-oriented problem solving.salary:

High SchoolResponsibilities Proactive Collection Outreach:
Contact business clients via phone, email, and client payment portals regarding past-due balances and upcoming due dates.Portfolio & Risk Management:
Monitor an assigned portfolio of business accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices according to agreed credit terms.Dispute & Deduction Resolution:
Partner with sales, customer support, and billing teams to investigate, document, and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing errors, or disputed short payments.Account Reconciliation:
Perform regular cash applications, balance reconciliations, and review account statements alongside client accounts payable teams.Reporting & Escalations:
Maintain accurate collection logs, prepare weekly AR aging reports, and escalate high-risk or persistent delinquent accounts to management or legal collection channels as appropriate.
